Thank you for shopping with Godytees! We are excited to get your custom-printed items to you. This policy will provide you with all the details about how we process and ship your order.

Total Delivery Time Calculation

To estimate when you will receive your order, please consider two factors: Production Time and Shipping Time.

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Please note that all timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday – Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays.


1. Production Time

This is the time it takes for us to create your custom, print-on-demand items. Because each product is made especially for you, production times can vary depending on the item type.

  • Apparel (T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies), Mugs, Posters, Canvases: 1–3 Business Days
  • Hats & Caps: 2–3 Business Days
  • Complex Products (All-Over-Prints, Bedding, Hawaiian Shirts, Shoes, 3D Apparel, Tumblers, Crocs): 3–7 Business Days

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email yet, your order is still in the production phase.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Shipping Times

Once production is complete, your order is dispatched. The shipping time depends on your location.

Domestic (U.S. Orders)

  • Shipping Cost: Flat Rate of $5.99
  • Estimated Shipping Time:
    • Standard Apparel & Goods: 3–7 Business Days
    • Hats & Caps: 6–8 Business Days
    • Complex & All-Over-Print Products: 10–15 Business Days
    • Bedding: 7–15 Business Days

International Orders

  • Shipping Cost: Starts at $13.00 (final cost calculated at checkout based on destination).
  • Estimated Shipping Time: 15–20 Business Days for most destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey.

Important Notes & Disclaimers

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: Godytees is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
  • Taxes & Customs Duties: All prices are displayed exclusive of any applicable sales tax. Sales tax, if required, will be calculated at checkout. For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes charged by their country’s customs office.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to refusal to pay customs fees or multiple failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order without issuing a refund.
  • Military Addresses: At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Issues & Delays

  • Delivery Guarantee: We want to ensure you receive your items. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the date of shipment, please contact us for a full refund.
  • Package Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received: If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
    1. Check around your property, with neighbors, or at your front desk.
    2. Allow 1-2 extra business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages prematurely.
    3. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
    4. If you still cannot locate your package, email us at [email protected], and we will assist you.
