Please understand that since every item is custom printed on demand just for you, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis, focusing on correcting any errors on our part.
When a Return or Refund is Eligible
We are happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund if you receive an item that falls into one of the following categories:
- Damaged or Defective: The item arrives with clear damage (e.g., tears, holes, broken parts).
- Incorrect Item Received: You received a different product, size, or color than what you ordered.
- Poor Print Quality: The printed design is blurry, faded, off-center, or otherwise significantly different from the product mock-up.
If your order meets one of these criteria, please proceed with the steps outlined below.
When a Return or Refund is NOT Eligible
Because each product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:
- Customer Ordered the Wrong Size: We provide a detailed size chart on each product page. Please consult it carefully before placing your order.
- “Buyer’s Remorse”: You changed your mind about the product, style, or color.
- Minor Color Variations: The colors you see on your screen may vary slightly from the final printed product due to differences in monitor and device settings.
The Return & Refund Process (Step-by-Step)
To resolve any issue quickly, please follow these steps within 14 days of receiving your order:

- In your email, include your Order Number (e.g., #GTY1234) and a brief description of the issue.
Step 3: Attach Photographic Evidence (optional)
- To help us verify the problem, you must include clear photos of the issue.
- For damaged items, show the damage clearly.
- For wrong items, show the item you received and include the size tag if applicable.
- For print quality issues, show a clear photo of the design.
- This step is crucial as it allows us to process your replacement or refund quickly without requiring you to ship the item back.
Step 4: Our Resolution
- Our support team will review your claim within 1-2 business days.
- If your request is approved, we will immediately process a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will be notified via email.
Important Note on Physical Returns
Please do not send any items back to us unless specifically instructed to do so by our support team. As a print-on-demand store, we do not have a warehouse to process physical returns, and doing so may result in your request not being processed.
